Rev. Charles A. Brewster (Chuck) is honored that you have asked him to speak
for your church or event. To make his time with you more productive, we
offer the following information:

Honorarium and /or Speaking Fees: ‘Champions of Honor, Inc’
(COH) is a non-profit ministry and uses all honorariums/fees to support
the work of the ministry. Checks should be made payable to COH (Tax EI
# 20-2166479) PO Box 820 Gulf Breeze, FL 32562. Please prepare the
check prior to speaker’s departure, if possible.

Transportation: COH will
arrange airline tickets for the event for Chuck and his assistant. He
sometimes travels with an assistant or his wife, Rhonda. We will provide receipts for
reimbursement when the travel is booked.

Rental Car: If a rental car is needed COH will rent the vehicle and provide the host a copy of the rental bill for reimbursement.

Lodging: Lodging for Chuck and
a separate room for his traveling assistant should be arranged and paid
for by the host unless agreed upon otherwise. Please make sure these
are non-smoking rooms. (Chuck’s Hilton Honors Number is 893250091.)

Media: Chuck is available for
promotional interviews and efforts. His Secret Service background can
be used in a colorful way of promotion or advertisement. Please notify
us how we can help you promote your event. A Bio and Photo can be sent
if requested.

Audio/Video: COH gives
permission for audio and/or video taping of Chuck’s messages for
ministry purposes to friends and attendees but grants no commercial
rights. Please send a CD and/or DVD of any tapings for our files and
ministry.

PA system and Podium: Chuck prefers a wireless lapel microphone or handheld microphone.

Literature & Discipleship Booth/Table:
Please provide a display area for literature and CD/DVD sales or
promotions. A helper from the church to assist at the table would be
appreciated. These products and literature/books will be used by men
and their families for spiritual growth.

Logistics: Please provide
COH with a host name and cell number; hotel name, address, and phone
number; speaking times, location, theme, and dress; and directions
to/from events.
