A man who has kept the Covenant with his Pastor, become part of the “Band of Brothers,” and has completed the 10 resources, is eligible to be commissioned.

To be commissioned, the candidate must complete and turn in a copy of the Resource Completion Form for each of the 10 requirements to his pastor. The pastor or leader will then complete a Request for Commissioning Form and it will be submitted to national office of Champions of Honor with a $75 1st tier commissioning fee, followed by scheduling a commissioning service. Recognition services for the 2nd and 3rd tiers will be handled on a case by case basis with the church and Champions office. 2nd tier recognition is $50.
